High-Protein Nutty Breakfast Tart

Ingredients

Crust

  • 40g grape nuts
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Filling

  • 20g white chocolate
  • Lindahls kvarg white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 bar cinnamon swirl protein bar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
  • A few chopped pecans

Preparation

  1. Blitz the grape nuts into a fine crumb

  2. Mix the crumb with brown sugar or erythritol, peanut butter powder, and hot water, then press into a 12 cm tart tin

  3. Melt the white chocolate

  4. Chop the pecans

  5. Stir the melted white chocolate into the kvarg white chocolate, then add peanut butter powder, half a protein bar, salted caramel sauce, and chopped pecans

  6. Refrigerate the tart overnight
