High-Protein Nutty Breakfast Tart
Ingredients
Crust
- 40g grape nuts
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or erythritol
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water
Filling
- 20g white chocolate
- Lindahls kvarg white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
- 1/2 bar cinnamon swirl protein bar
- 1/2 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
- A few chopped pecans
Preparation
Blitz the grape nuts into a fine crumb
Mix the crumb with brown sugar or erythritol, peanut butter powder, and hot water, then press into a 12 cm tart tin
Melt the white chocolate
Chop the pecans
Stir the melted white chocolate into the kvarg white chocolate, then add peanut butter powder, half a protein bar, salted caramel sauce, and chopped pecans
Refrigerate the tart overnight
