Chocolate Snickers Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g rolled oats
  • 2/3 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 30g chocolate-peanut butter soya protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • Some chocolate, grated
  • Approximately 250-300ml soya milk (or water or chocolate oatmilk)
  • Optional: yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix rolled oats, flaxseeds, chocolate-peanut butter soya protein powder, peanut butter, and cacao powder in a bowl or jar.

  2. Add grated chocolate to the mixture.

  3. Pour in approximately 250-300ml of soya milk (or water/chocolate oatmilk). You can also use yogurt or a combination of milk and yogurt.

  4. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

  5. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the fridge for 2-6 hours. Stir once or twice during this time if needed.

  6. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and top with soya quark, grated chocolate, and crushed salted peanuts.

  7. Enjoy your delicious chocolate Snickers overnight oats!
