Chocolate Pear Ginger Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 1.5 ripe medium bananas (or around 80-100ml apple sauce)
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 280ml liquid (milk or water)
  • Optional: dates or vanilla for sweetness

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 185°C (365°F).

  2. In a mixer, combine the rolled oats, ripe bananas (or apple sauce), 1/2 pear (cut into pieces), ginger powder, cacao powder, and liquid. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add flaxseeds and baking powder to the mixture, and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Grease 2 ramekins and pour the mixture into them.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 23-25 minutes. The baking time might vary depending on your oven.

  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  7. Eat and enjoy the delicious chocolate pear ginger baked oats!
