Simple 4-Ingredient Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp @twochicksproducts egg whites
  • half scoop of @missfitsnutrition protein

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl

  2. Add the egg and egg whites, mix until well combined

  3. Stir in the protein powder to form a batter

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary

  5. Pour portions of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown
