Easy Banana and Seed Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp linseeds
Preparation
Preheat a pan or griddle and grease it.
Mash the banana and mix with the egg.
Mix the oats and seeds together.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients.
Drop a serving spoon portion onto the pan or griddle and allow to cook for a couple of minutes, look for bubbles on top, then flip it carefully as it may require more attention than regular pancakes.
