Simple Student Friendly Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • leftover pasta (used edamame pasta)
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • sweet paprika
  • cherry tomatoes
  • kidney beans
  • pumpkin seeds
  • provence spices
  • hummus sauce
  • fried mushroom
  • red onion

Preparation

  1. Cut pasta and veggies into smaller pieces.

  2. Fry the chopped mushroom until browned.

  3. Rinse kidney beans.

  4. Make hummus sauce by adding 2 tbsp of hummus to a bowl with some water and stir.

  5. Mix everything together and add toppings and spices.
