Simple Delicious Lentil Salad

Ingredients

  • 380 g lentils
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • A small handful of basil
  • A sprinkle of salt, black pepper and chili powder

Preparation

  1. Cook the lentils until tender

  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and basil

  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked lentils, chopped vegetables, and herbs

  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili powder

  5. Mix well and serve
