Creamy Garlic Herb Mushroom Spaghetti
Ingredients
- Mushrooms
- tablespoon of butter
- garlic
- soya cream
Preparation
Toss the sauce, pasta
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Set aside and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking
Mushrooms: Melt about a tablespoon of butter (you can use more for a better taste but I like less) over medium high heat. Add 1-2 cloves (I like more) garlic and saute for a minute until fragrant. - Add handful mushrooms and sauté for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and softened. Set aside
Add a couple tbsp soya cream (or you can use milk) slowly, whisking to incorporate. Let the mixture simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper
Assemble: Toss the sauce, pasta, and mushrooms together. Add olive oil and water as needed to keep the sauce from getting too thick. Top with pepper, chilli flakes, mixed herbs
