Mushroom and Miso Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200g mushrooms
- 15cl vegan liquid cream
- 1 tsp saké (or white cooking wine)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp white miso
- salt&pepper
- pasta
Preparation
Cook your pasta at first
Cut thinly the onion and the garlic clove, slice the mushrooms
In a small bowl, mix the miso, soy sauce and liquid cream
In a large saucepan, on medium heat, add 2 tsp of olive oil and sautee the onion
Once it's translucent, ou can add the garlic
And the sliced mushrooms
Sautee for 5-10 more minutes until the mushrooms start to brown
Deglaze with sake
When it's evaporated, add the liquid cream & miso mixture
Let cook 2 more minutes and throw the pasta into the pan
Stir and serve
