Creamy Vegan Cheese Pasta
Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- Pinch salt
Sauce
- 75ml truffle oil
- 400ml oat milk
- 15g nutritional yeast
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 120g grated vegan cheese
Preparation
Bring the pasta to a boil in a pot of water with a pinch of salt.
Mince and gently fry the garlic
Using a whisk or a blender, add all the sauce ingredients except the vegan cheese and mix until smooth.
Add the sauce mixture to a pot and place on low heat, adding the grated vegan cheese until melted.
Drain the cooked pasta, then add the cheese sauce and mix until coated.
