Pan-Fried Tomato and Mushroom Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Ingredients
- a dash of olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- a pack of baby mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce
- some sliced cherry tomatoes
- chopped basil (optional)
- chopped parsley (alternative)
Preparation
Add a dash of olive oil to a pan and 2 crushed garlic cloves.
Fry for a few minutes.
Add a pack of baby mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add some sliced cherry tomatoes.
Cook for another 5-8 minutes.
Ideally add chopped basil, but chopped parsley can be used instead.
