Pan-Fried Tomato and Mushroom Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • a dash of olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • a pack of baby mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce
  • some sliced cherry tomatoes
  • chopped basil (optional)
  • chopped parsley (alternative)

Preparation

  1. Add a dash of olive oil to a pan and 2 crushed garlic cloves.

  2. Fry for a few minutes.

  3. Add a pack of baby mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce.

  4. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  5. Add some sliced cherry tomatoes.

  6. Cook for another 5-8 minutes.

  7. Ideally add chopped basil, but chopped parsley can be used instead.
