Cherry Chocolate-Filled Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of dairy free butter, chilled.
  • 2 heaping t of aquafaba, whipped.
  • 1 cup of all purpose flour.
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon.
  • 1/3 cup of coconut sugar.

Preparation

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the butter and mix with your hand until it resembles bread crumbs

  2. Add aquafaba and then add water until it is a good texture

  3. Press into your greased moulds

  4. Let it set in the fridge for 30 mins

  5. Turn on the oven to 350degrees farenheit

  6. Take the pastry shells out and poke with them a few times with a fork

  7. I blind baked them for 10 minutes

  8. Remove the beans and cook for another 10 minutes

  9. Remove and let them cool
