No-Bake Brownies with Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nut butter (used pb, sub tahini if nut free)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbs liquid sweetener
- 2 tbs liquified coconut oil
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- ganache:
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 heaped tbs coconut oil
Preparation
Whisk dry ingredients for the brownie in a bowl (first 3), add remaining ingredients and stir/kneed to combine
Dough must be firm enough to spread into a lined tin easily
Allow to set in the fridge
Add the ingredients for the ganache to a saucepan, keep whisking on low heat until fully combined
Allow to cool to thicken up but also yummy to spread right away!
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days
