Simple Vegan Pizza Bagels

Ingredients

  • onion and chive New York bagels
  • tomato passata
  • chilli powder
  • oregano
  • red onion
  • squeakybeanveg pastrami
  • spinach
  • Sainsbury’s dairy free cheddar

Preparation

  1. Mix tomato passata with a touch of chilli powder and oregano to make the sauce.

  2. Top the onion and chive New York bagels with the sauce mixture.

  3. Add red onion, squeakybeanveg pastrami, spinach, and dairy-free cheddar on top of the bagels.

  4. Bake in the oven for a few minutes until the toppings are heated and cheese melts.
