Vegan Focaccia Pizza

Ingredients

  • dough:
  • 200gr wheat flour
  • 100gr spelt flour
  • 2 gr fresh yeast
  • 5 grsalt
  • 14 gr sweetener
  • 2 gr olive oil
  • 235 ml cold water
  • toppings:
  • 150 gr tomatoes sauce
  • 150 gr vegan shredded cheese (that melts)
  • 5-7 cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients of the dough and cover it for 8h

  2. Grease a 24cm cake mold, pour the dough. Put some olive oil on top and stretch the dough to the walls. Try to not press too much

  3. Cover and let it rest for 1 h

  4. After 30 min, preheat oven to 250° up and down

  5. After 1 h, prepare the pizza ingredients on the dough. First tomato sauce, cheese, onion and cherry tomatoes. Top it with some oregano if you like

  6. Bake for 25-30 min

  7. Remove from the oven and remove the mold after 2-3 minutes

  8. Cut in slices and taste the heaven in your mouth
