Homemade Vegan Focaccia Pizza

Ingredients

Dough

  • 200 grams Wheat Flour
  • 100 grams Spelt Flour
  • 2 grams Fresh Yeast
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 14 grams Sweetener
  • 2 grams Olive Oil
  • 235 milliliters Cold Water

Toppings

  • 150 grams Tomato Sauce
  • 150 grams Vegan Shredded Cheese
  • 5-7 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients of the dough and cover it for 8 hours.

  2. Grease a 30cm cake mold, pour the dough, put some olive oil on top and stretch the dough to the walls without pressing too much.

  3. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.

  4. After 30 minutes, preheat oven to 250°C.

  5. After 1 hour, prepare the pizza ingredients on the dough by adding tomato sauce, cheese, onion and cherry tomatoes, and top with some oregano if desired.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and remove the mold after 2-3 minutes.

  8. Cut into slices and serve.
