Homemade Vegan Focaccia Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
- 200 grams Wheat Flour
- 100 grams Spelt Flour
- 2 grams Fresh Yeast
- 5 grams Salt
- 14 grams Sweetener
- 2 grams Olive Oil
- 235 milliliters Cold Water
Toppings
- 150 grams Tomato Sauce
- 150 grams Vegan Shredded Cheese
- 5-7 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 large Onion
Preparation
In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients of the dough and cover it for 8 hours.
Grease a 30cm cake mold, pour the dough, put some olive oil on top and stretch the dough to the walls without pressing too much.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
After 30 minutes, preheat oven to 250°C.
After 1 hour, prepare the pizza ingredients on the dough by adding tomato sauce, cheese, onion and cherry tomatoes, and top with some oregano if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and remove the mold after 2-3 minutes.
Cut into slices and serve.
