Banana and Cacao Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 40g instant oat flakes (gluten free)
- 200ml veggie milk
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Toppings
- peanut butter
- dark chocolate
- walnuts
- grated coconut
Preparation
Mash half of the banana with a fork.
In a saucepan, place the mashed banana, oats and veggie milk. Mix and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the cocoa powder 1 minute before the end of cooking. Mix.
Serve in a bowl. Add peanut butter, nuts, a square of dark chocolate and grated coconut.
