Banana and Cacao Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 40g instant oat flakes (gluten free)
  • 200ml veggie milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • dark chocolate
  • walnuts
  • grated coconut

Preparation

  1. Mash half of the banana with a fork.

  2. In a saucepan, place the mashed banana, oats and veggie milk. Mix and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

  3. Add the cocoa powder 1 minute before the end of cooking. Mix.

  4. Serve in a bowl. Add peanut butter, nuts, a square of dark chocolate and grated coconut.
