Christmas Snowman Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk powder
- 8 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs blue spirulina powder
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together then let it rest for 5 minutes before whisking again to remove all lumps.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or even overnight.
Once set, add to your bowl and form a snowman with coconut, vegan chocolate chips for buttons and eyes, a carrot stick nose, and cinnamon stick arms.
