Easy Cinnamon Rolls with Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- 1 rectangular vegetable puff pastry
- 1 rectangular pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Filling
- 50 grams sugar
- 70 grams margarine
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Preparation
Spread the filling mixture on the dough sheets, roll them up tightly, and slice into individual cinnamon rolls.
For solo cooking, place the rolls on parchment paper in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes or in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
For cooking in a mold, arrange the rolls in your chosen mold, pour 50 grams soy milk over them, and cook in the air fryer at 170°C for 16 minutes or in the oven for 25 minutes.
Tips
For a chocolate version, replace the filling with chocolate spread.
