Quick and Easy Vegan Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- 70g self-raising flour
- 70g yogurt
- 1 tsp margarine or coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar, sweetener or maple syrup
Optional
- maple syrup for drizzling
Preparation
Get a large bowl and mix the flour and yogurt together with a spoon until it clumps together.
Form a ball with your hands and knead the dough inside the bowl.
Dust the kitchen surface with flour and roll the dough out into a flat sausage shape.
Spread margarine, sugar, and cinnamon over the dough.
Roll up the dough with your fingertips, tucking the ends underneath, and place it in an ovenproof dish.
Bake at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for about 12 minutes.
Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.

This recipe is single-serve, child-friendly, and can be made with gluten-free flour and vanilla soy yogurt for a vegan option.
