Quick Banana Berry Bowl Cake
Ingredients
- 75g self-raising flour (gluten-free option)
- 40g margarine or soft butter
- 40g mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 heaped tablespoon apple sauce
- A few berries
Preparation
Mash the banana with a fork, then add all other ingredients except the berries into a small bowl.
Stir until combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
Gently prod the berries into the mixture.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes using an 850W microwave.
Decorate and eat straight away.
Serving suggestions
Serve with Greek yoghurt or cream.
