Fresh Organic Salad with Kale and Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- Organic Romaine
- Organic Kale
- Artichoke Hearts
- Tomatoes
- Beet and Red Cabbage Sauerkraut
Preparation
Massage the kale to soften it.
Wash and chop the romaine, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts as needed.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss together and serve immediately.
