Rocket and Strawberry Salad
Ingredients

- • 120g fresh baby rocket
- • 1 punnet (250g) strawberries cut lengthwise into thick slices. (You can add more if you like)
- • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- • 1/4 cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped
- ??????????? ??? ??? ????????
- • 3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- • 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- • Salt to taste
- • 1 Tbs + 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
Preparation
To make this salad dressing: add all ingredients in a small jar, put the lid on and shake well to combine
Put rocket, strawberries, sunflower seeds and walnuts in a large bowl
Drizzle the dressing and toss the salad to coat it evenly
Wait to drizzle the dressing over the salad until right before serving
