Roasted Beet and Pear Salad
Ingredients
- roasted beets
- green mix
- cherry tomatoes
- pears
- olives
Dressing
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Preparation
Prepare the dressing by mixing lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, sumac, salt, olive oil, and black pepper.
In a large bowl, combine the roasted beets, green mix, cherry tomatoes, pears, and olives.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
