Minimal Avocado Dish with Unfolding Flavors

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Parsley
  • Pinch of chilli

Preparation

  1. Cut avocado in half and take out the pit

  2. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, chilli, olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Chop up the parsley

  4. Chop the cherry tomatoes in tiny pieces

  5. Add tomato inside the avocado

  6. Add your sauce to the avocado

  7. Add sesame seeds and parsley on top
