Easy Healthy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup peppers
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp onion salt
  • avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the sautéed vegetables to the turkey along with the seasonings.

  3. Form the mixture into burger patties.

  4. Cook the patties in avocado oil over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side.
