Easy Healthy Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup peppers
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp onion salt
- avocado oil
Preparation
Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add the sautéed vegetables to the turkey along with the seasonings.
Form the mixture into burger patties.
Cook the patties in avocado oil over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side.
