Community Favorite Nutritarian Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 dates
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Adjust consistency with water as needed.
Notes
Serve with Thai salad, Buddha Bowl, or steamed veggies.
Use this sauce as a companion for Asian cuisine when dining out, such as with steamed veggies and brown rice.
