Community Favorite Nutritarian Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 dates
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

  2. Adjust consistency with water as needed.

Notes

  1. Serve with Thai salad, Buddha Bowl, or steamed veggies.

  2. Use this sauce as a companion for Asian cuisine when dining out, such as with steamed veggies and brown rice.
