Healthy Tangy Tomato Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
- Half a coconut
- Two tomatoes
- Oil
- Green chilies
Preparation
Dice the tomato and coconut.
In a pan, add oil and once it warms up, add green chilies and sauté.
Add coconut, sauté, and then add tomato.
Let the tomato cook nicely.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once the mixture cools down, blend it.
Notes
Coconuts are high in fat and provide mostly fat, not carbs.
They contain protein, minerals like manganese, copper, iron, and selenium, and small amounts of B vitamins.
