Ultra Healthy Herbed Pea Dip
Ingredients
- 300g peas
- 5g tarragon leaves
- 10g mint leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor
Puree but not too smooth, you want to have bits
Decorate with a crunchy topping and more olive oil

Serve with pickled chillies, roasted garlic or onion, fresh radish, and bread
