Ultra Healthy Herbed Pea Dip

Ingredients

  • 300g peas
  • 5g tarragon leaves
  • 10g mint leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor

  2. Puree but not too smooth, you want to have bits

  3. Decorate with a crunchy topping and more olive oil

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve with pickled chillies, roasted garlic or onion, fresh radish, and bread
