Delicious and Versatile Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1-1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
Preparation
Whisk together the ingredients until fully incorporated
Heat on low in a small saucepan, add a little water and stir while heating
Salt to taste
Serve with sautéed veggies, noodles and desired protein for 2 servings
