Vegan Peanut Sauce for Noodles and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1-1/4 teaspoon minced ginger

Preparation

  1. Whisk together all ingredients until fully incorporated

  2. Heat on low in a small saucepan, add a little water and stir while heating

  3. Salt to taste

  4. Serve with sautéed veggies, noodles and desired protein for 2 servings
