Easy 7-Ingredient Noodle Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- 3 tbsp Tamari or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha or Chili Sauce of choice (optional)
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
Add sauce to a pan on medium-low heat and cook it for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Add to cooked noodles, tofu and veggies.
Tips
This sauce is versatile and can be used with noodles, rice, vegetables, or stir-fries.
Adjust sriracha for desired level of spiciness.
Pair with ingredients like ramen noodles, mushrooms, broccoli, green onions, and crispy tofu for a complete meal.
