Easy 7-Ingredient Noodle Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 3 tbsp Tamari or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or Chili Sauce of choice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.

  2. Add sauce to a pan on medium-low heat and cook it for 5 minutes until it thickens.

  3. Add to cooked noodles, tofu and veggies.

Tips

  1. This sauce is versatile and can be used with noodles, rice, vegetables, or stir-fries.
