Saucy Noodles with Crispy Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp Tamari or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sriracha or chilli sauce
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- Noodles
- Tofu
- Vegetables
Preparation
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Prepare crispy tofu by cooking until edges are brown and crispy.
Cook vegetables until slightly softened.
Add all sauce ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
Add sauce to a pan on medium-low heat and cook for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Add the thickened sauce to the cooked noodles, tofu, and vegetables.
