Tangy Spicy Raw Mango Thecha
Ingredients
- Raw mango
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 5-6 green chilies
- 1/3 cup raw peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup fresh coriander
Preparation
Peel and cut the raw mango into cubes
In a kadai, heat 1 tablespoon oil
Add 1 teaspoon cumin
Add 5-6 garlic cloves
Add 5-6 green chilies
Add 1/3 cup raw peanuts
Add salt to taste
Cook on medium flame until peanuts are nicely cooked
Remove from heat and mix with the raw mango
Mix everything well and pound the mixture
While pounding, add 1 cup fresh coriander
The raw mango thecha is ready
