Breakfast Mousse with Banana and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large frozen banana
  • 2 frozen pear cheeks or an extra half frozen banana if you prefer a stronger banana flavour
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp. Cacao powder

Toppings

  • nuts
  • seeds
  • bee pollen
  • Maple syrup
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Whiz all ingredients until ultra smooth and creamy
