Breakfast Mousse with Banana and Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 medium to large frozen banana
- 2 frozen pear cheeks or an extra half frozen banana if you prefer a stronger banana flavour
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp. Coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 3 dates
- 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
- 1.5 tbsp. Cacao powder
Toppings

- bee pollen
- Maple syrup
- Cacao nibs
