Decadent Thick Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small firm banana
- 1/5 avocado
- 1 spoon chia seeds
- 1-2 spoons raw cacao
- 1 spoon maple syrup
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- Almond milk to desired consistency
Optional add-ins
- Nut butter (e.g., macadamia or peanut)
Preparation
Peel and chop the banana and avocado
Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with less almond milk for mousse consistency or more for smoothie
Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with additional almond milk as needed
