Mango Banana Smoothie with Turmeric

Ingredients

  • 4 mangos or to taste
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Coconut water as needed

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the mangos and bananas if necessary

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender

  3. Blend until smooth
