Golden Milk Turmeric Latte
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- pinch of pepper
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan and heat on low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes until frothy, watching over it.
Pour into mugs, add cinnamon on top, and enjoy.
