Golden Milk Turmeric Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a saucepan and heat on low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes until frothy, watching over it.

  3. Pour into mugs, add cinnamon on top, and enjoy.
