Berry Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 3 TBS chia seeds
  • 1.5 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp berry powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl

  2. Stir really well, let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to ensure no lumps on the bottom

  3. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight

  4. Top as desired with coconut yoghurt, kiwifruit, grannysmith apples, and quinoa puffs
