Berry Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 200ml almond milk
- 3 TBS chia seeds
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp berry powder
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl
Stir really well, let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to ensure no lumps on the bottom
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight
Top as desired with coconut yoghurt, kiwifruit, grannysmith apples, and quinoa puffs
