Vegan Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vegan milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (or 0cal natural sweetener)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • OPTIONAL: ?Pinch cayenne or black pepper
  • 1 tsp MACA powder; ?1 tsp adaptogens mushrooms powder

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot and let it boil for a minute

  2. Reduce heat and let simmer for a couple minutes, stirring frequently

  3. Enjoy this amazing latte on cold days during the mornings, or after dinner
