Seasonal Immunity Boosting Elixir with Spirulina
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked and cooled yam, sweet potato or pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen organic banana
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 knob fresh minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
Preparation
Add yam, banana, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and coconut milk to blender.
Then add 1 teaspoon of SpiraVeg and stir to combine.
