Seasonal Immunity Boosting Elixir with Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked and cooled yam, sweet potato or pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen organic banana
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 knob fresh minced ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon SpiraVeg fresh spirulina

Preparation

  1. Add yam, banana, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and coconut milk to blender.

  2. Then add 1 teaspoon of SpiraVeg and stir to combine.
