Choc Chip Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium green banana (freeze prior for thicker consistency)
- 1/4 ripe Hass avocado (FODMAP-friendly serving)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream, chilled
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 drop natural vanilla essence
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3/4 cup filtered water
Optional
- 1 tablespoon maple or rice malt syrup for added sweetness
- desiccated coconut and raw cacao nibs for topping
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz on the highest speed, working your way up gradually, for 1 minute
Pour into 1 or 2 glasses depending on desired serving size
Top with extra desiccated coconut and cacao nibs
