Vegan Protein Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1.5-2 cups (320-480 ml) almond milk
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp raw chia seeds
- 1/4 cup GF oats / millet or quinoa flakes
- 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch rose salt
- Pinch ground cinnamon, optional
Toppings
- coconut yogurt
- chocolate granola
- rose petals
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into jars and let thicken for 15 minutes or overnight.
Serve with coconut yogurt, granola and nuts!
