Vegan Protein Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1.5-2 cups (320-480 ml) almond milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup GF oats / millet or quinoa flakes
  • 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
  • Pinch rose salt
  • Pinch ground cinnamon, optional

Toppings

  • coconut yogurt
  • chocolate granola
  • rose petals

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into jars and let thicken for 15 minutes or overnight.

  3. Serve with coconut yogurt, granola and nuts!
