Vegan Chocolate Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 200ml almond milk
- 20g chocolate soy isolate
- 5g agar agar
- 5g cacao powder
- 10ml agave nectar
Toppings
- chocolate vegan baked cookie
- cacao nibs
- strawberries
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat the mixture until the agar agar is dissolved.
Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate to set.
For a hot version, microwave for 2 minutes.
Add toppings before serving.
