Vegan Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 20g chocolate soy isolate
  • 5g agar agar
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 10ml agave nectar

Toppings

  • chocolate vegan baked cookie
  • cacao nibs
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Heat the mixture until the agar agar is dissolved.

  3. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate to set.

  4. For a hot version, microwave for 2 minutes.

  5. Add toppings before serving.
