Vegan Tofu Lettuce Wrap Salad

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • mushrooms
  • water chestnuts
  • onions
  • shredded carrots
  • green peppers
  • hoisin sauce
  • soy sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • sriracha
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • cilantro lime rice
  • avocado
  • spinach
  • green onion
  • cilantro

Preparation

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together

  2. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they are still crispy

  3. Add the tofu and sauté until it is crispy

  4. Add the sauce and sauté a bit more

  5. Serve with cilantro lime rice, avocado, spinach, sriracha, and green onion cilantro topping
