Sesame Ginger Silken Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block silken tofu
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 sprigs spring onion
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 tsp chili oil
Preparation
Heat the sesame oil in a pan until just smoking.
Prepare the ginger, garlic, and spring onion in a bowl.
Pour the hot sesame oil over the prepared ingredients.
Add the soy sauces and vinegar to the bowl.
Pour the mixture over the silken tofu.
Garnish with more sesame seeds and spring onion.
