Spicy Garlic Chili Oil Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lao gan ma
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp white part of scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Chop the white part of the scallions.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
Cook your choice of noodles according to package instructions.
Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce mixture.
Garnish with cilantro and the green parts of the scallions.
