Tofu Cherry Almond Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 12.3 oz (349 grams) of extra firm silken tofu
  • 2 large very ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of almond extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup (25 grams) of raw, organic cacao powder
  • 3 large medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 cups (280 grams) of frozen sweet cherries

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour the mixture into bowls and serve immediately.
