Tofu Cherry Almond Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 12.3 oz (349 grams) of extra firm silken tofu
- 2 large very ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of almond extract
- 1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- 1/4 cup (25 grams) of raw, organic cacao powder
- 3 large medjool dates, pitted
- 2 cups (280 grams) of frozen sweet cherries
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into bowls and serve immediately.
