Banana & Coconut Ice Blocks

Ingredients

  • plant based yoghurt (e.g., coconut, or i use @luzalmond original almond milk yoghurt)
  • mid-ripe bananas - toppings of your choice- i used cacao nibs & sliced pecans but you can use anything you like & can tolerate
  • ice block sticks

Preparation

  1. Cut each banana in half and peel

  2. Insert an ice block stick into the bottom of each banana

  3. Dip banana in coconut yoghurt and lay on a traylined with baking paper

  4. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm

  5. Remove from freezer 10mins before eating to defrost
