Banana & Coconut Ice Blocks
Ingredients
- plant based yoghurt (e.g., coconut, or i use @luzalmond original almond milk yoghurt)
- mid-ripe bananas - toppings of your choice- i used cacao nibs & sliced pecans but you can use anything you like & can tolerate
- ice block sticks
Preparation
Cut each banana in half and peel
Insert an ice block stick into the bottom of each banana
Dip banana in coconut yoghurt and lay on a traylined with baking paper
Sprinkle with toppings of your choice and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm
Remove from freezer 10mins before eating to defrost
