Classic Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1. Cook half a cup of whole grain oats and 1/2 a cup of steel cuts oats with 2 cups of water as directed
  • 2. Once you’ve got your oats started, mix in as much peanut butter as you want (I did about 1 heaping tablespoon), add in 1 sliced banana, and about 1/4 cup of date paste OR a few tablespoons of pure, organic maple syrup
  • 3. 1/4 tsp of vanilla bean powder and 1/2 tbsp of maca powder is optional but it made it 10X BETTER
  • 4. Top this with more banana some dried mulberries, their cacao nibs, and anything else you’d like
